It is a private system provided and maintained by designated BSH Home Appliances Corporation partner. The system contains confidential and proprietary business information, unauthorized use of which would cause irreparable harm to BSH Home Appliances Corporation. Any use of this system, or information contained in this system, which is unauthorized or exceeds the user's authorization (e.g., hacking, or tampering to obtain unauthorized information [including information regarding others]) is expressly prohibited. Use of this system is monitored. Any unauthorized entry or use may violate the federal Economic Espionage Act of 1996 as well as other federal and state laws, and is subject to criminal and civil penalties thereunder. You agree to only use this Site while employed by Supplier/Trade Partner and should your employment be terminated for any reason, you will no longer access such Site to obtain Supplier/Trade Partner information or use your vendorid for any purpose. Supplier/Trade Partner agrees to notify BSH Home Appliances Corporation when either you or another one of its employees who has access to the Site leaves Supplier/Trade Partner's employment for whatever reason. |
